Our Story

Christmas Lights Detroit was started by Max Tendero, a Detroit resident who also owns and operates a residential cleaning company with his mom, Jenn. Max wants to make it easier to bring holiday cheer to your home and neighborhood. That’s why we’re committed to providing a hassle-free, professional holiday light installation service, taking the burden off your shoulders, allowing you to enjoy the festivities without the hassle of tangled lights, precarious ladders, and cold, wet weather.

Based in the heart of Metro Detroit, we are proud to serve our neighbors in various communities such as Novi, where the snow-kissed rooftops come to life with our twinkling lights, and Rochester Hills, where our displays contribute to the city’s festive holiday tradition. In Grosse Pointe, our installations along the scenic coastline add an extra layer of magic to the holidays. And let’s not forget Bloomfield Hills, where our intricate designs turn estates into dazzling exhibits.
